Hurricane Studio team is involved in product development since its inception, prioritizing intuitive user experiences across mobile and web platforms. Techological backbone includes TypeScript and Node.js/Express for backend services, React and React Native for web and mobile, integrating with 3rd party services such as Strapi, Twilio, Refiner, and Firebase. This setup seamlessly manages appointments, chats, video calls, invoice reimbursements, and offers an education hub on fertility awareness. We automated cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using AWS CDK. We also applied “shift left” security best practices by taking advantage of SAST, SCA, SBOM and DAST tools integrated into Continuous Integration pipelines. We also selected a 3rd Party accredited Penetration Testing partner and work closely with them to maintain platform’s security and compliance.
